Service Delivery Gateway

State Portal, e-Forms and State Service Delivery Gateway project aims to enhance the services provided to the citizens through Common Service Centers (CSCs). State Portal (SP) along with State Service Delivery Gateway (SSDG) has been developed and implemented. Citizens can get registered himself/herself and avail the services under a single interface mechanism in the form of the Portal.

Encourage ‘e’- interaction through portal
Enhancing perception & image of the Government and its constituent Departments
The Promotion of uniform web interfaces across Government
Builds synergies with the National Portal of India (NPI) using the NSDG
