• Develop a platform to conduct an end-to-end land mutation and transaction taking into account current processes, and suggesting any process reengineering if necessary.
• The current processes involving Department of Registration & Stamps, Department of Revenue, Department of E & IT, and other stakeholders need to be taken into account for the proof-of-concept. Shortlisted candidates would be asked to develop a portal/s for the same.
